Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Studies with a focus in athletic strength and conditioning
Short Background/Bio: I have been a three sport athlete since the age of five. I love sports so much and working with athletes is an avenue for that joy to be expressed. I found bodybuilding four years ago at college and I instantly fell in love with the sport. I plan to do my first competition this year.
Personal Fitness and Nutritional Goals: I plan to get prepared to step on the bodybuilding stage within a year. For that, I need single digit body fat percentage and nutrition plays a huge role in that.
Favorite Exercise: Everything with a barbell, but overhead press sticks out ahead of the others.
Least Favorite Exercise: I LOATHE crunches and cardio.
Hobbies: I am a HUGE nerd. I play high level competitive Magic the Gathering, as well as League of Legends and various other games.

Future Plans: Becoming a Strength and Conditioning Coach at a Division 1 university, preferably Notre Dame
