Training Packages

Personal Training Institute provides services through a monthly training package. These packages are designed to help you reach your goals by staying consistent and accountable to your exercise program. Each one-on-one training session consists of a 30 minute, full-body workout led by one of our qualified Personal Trainers. Since we believe that nutrition plays a major role in living a healthy lifestyle and meeting fitness goals, consultations with our staff Nutritionist are included in each package. These meetings are extremely important, especially for those looking to lose a couple pounds.
